1. Technical description, parameters and configuration
1.1 Technical description
FSG32H is a kind of medium size CNC ball grinding machine. The machine can automatically complete the surface grinding process in a single set-up and suitable for the ball parts ofφ90~φ340. The machine mainly consists of bed, column, spindle box and NC rotary table. Machine movements are as follows: the slide does the X-direction movement, column does the Z-direction movement and spindle box does the Y-direction movement.
Workpiece is fixed on the table which is fixed on the slide and rotaries with the table. Grinding head is installed on the spindle and the grinding process is completed through the grinding head and table rotation.
Body:
The machining center adopts the structure of movable column, overall body with ribs and frame column and features with its high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The machine also has the functions of large chip flow, enclosed protection, pleasant appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.
Spindle:
High-accuracy and big-power spindle unit from Taiwan provides the machine high accuracy. Spindle transmission adopts belt-type.
Machining table:
High precision rotary NC table features with its high rotary precision, reliable quality and stable performance.
Fixture:
Unique fixture design can meet various process demand; the fixture is easy to install, works stably and can improve machining efficiency and precision effectively.
Drive:
The precision ball screws driven by motors with the direct-connect mode, and the preload installation further improves the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. Used linear rolling guide in three linear axes, the machine has small vibration during high-speed feed, no crawling when low-speed feed, and good stability of a high accuracy.
System:
High quality SIEMENS 802D numerical control system is equipped to ensure the stability of machine tool control and also ensure the user’s CNC machining required functions and auxiliary functions.
    Machining processes of all parts and quality of the finished product meet the drawings and relevant technical requirements .Its safety standards accord to GB15760-2004 "Metal Cutting Machine Tool Safety General technical conditions," and its accuracy standards accord to GB/T17421-2000 "General Inspection for Machine tools" , JB/T8771-1998 " Inspection  conditions for machining centers," JB/T7418.2-2007 “external grinding machine chapter 2:  technical conditions” and GB/T4685-2007 “Accuracy inspection of external grinding machine”.
